Fall Vaccination Clinic

Protect yourself and your loved ones this season by taking advantage of the University's onsite vaccination clinic. Passport Health/Staying Healthy Medical Services will be on campus offering flu shots and other recommended vaccinations for eligible Staff & Faculty employees, covered dependents, spouses, and retirees.

  • Flu Shot Injection
  • High-Dose Flu Shot (65+)
  • COVID-19 (ages 18+)
  • RSV
  • Pneumonia
  • Shingles
  • TDaP
  • Vitamin B12 Injection ($30)

Registration times are approximate and not guaranteed. Please expect a short wait during the clinic.

Please bring:

  • A copy of your insurance card
  • A copy of your valid driver's license or Government Issued ID

 

Insurance & Payment

Blue Cross Blue Shield UT Select and UT Care (members and dependents) plans cover eligible vaccines at 100%. Additional accepted plans include Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and UnitedHealthcare. 

The following plans are not accepted: 

  • HMO plans
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield Gold, Silver, and Bronze plans 
  • Cigna Local Plus 

Self-Pay is $32 and Payable by Cash or Zelle

Additional Information 

  • Individuals age 65 and older using insurance may receive flu vaccines only.
  • Vaccines are administered in the upper arm. Please wear clothing that allows easy access to your upper arm. 
  • RSV, Pneumonia, Shingles, and TDaP vaccines are covered under eligible insurance plans. 
  • Vitamin B12 injections are $30 and are not billed to insurance.
